For over two decades, I have worked across industries, boardrooms, and change programs, united by one central belief: that transformation, when done with intention and insight, creates real and lasting value.
As a Non-Executive Director, consultant, and strategist, I have been fortunate to contribute to the evolution of organisations navigating complex change. My path has not been linear, but it has always been led by purpose, and fuelled by a desire to build better systems, cultures, and services that serve both people and planet.
A Career Built on Curiosity and Courage
My journey into executive leadership and governance was not pre-planned. It emerged through a series of questions—about what’s not working, who’s not being heard, and how we can design better futures. I’ve always been driven by curiosity, and over time, that curiosity matured into a strategic toolkit that enables me to ask the right questions at the right time. Whether working with boards, community-led initiatives, or C-suite leaders, I bring a lens of inquiry, ethics, and transformation.
Transforming with Heart and Strategy
To me, business transformation is not just about systems or bottom lines. It’s about aligning people, process, and purpose. I specialise in helping organisations reimagine their business models, not just for today, but for what’s coming next. That’s why I often say, “I work at the edge of change”—a space that’s both challenging and rewarding.
In my experience, transformation without cultural alignment rarely sticks. That’s why psychological safety, stakeholder listening, and inclusive leadership are at the centre of every project I lead or advise on.
Innovation Grounded in Reality
We talk about innovation a lot in our sector, but for me, innovation is grounded in reality. It’s about practical creativity. It’s about redesigning services based on lived experiences. It’s about leveraging enterprise technology to simplify complexity and scale what works.
I’ve worked with public, private, and not-for-profit sectors to roll out digital strategies that respect users, reduce operational drag, and create long-term resilience. I believe that when we combine good design, ethical insight, and data, we can deliver truly human-centred outcomes.
Why Governance Still Matters
In fast-moving times, governance can be viewed as a brake on innovation. I believe the opposite is true. When done well, governance provides the guardrails for courageous action. It enables clarity, continuity, and confidence.
As a Non-Executive Director, I focus on supporting boards to move beyond compliance and towards impact. I champion good governance because it supports bold, ethical leadership. It’s not about saying no—it’s about making sure we say yes to the right things.
Leadership that Listens and Learns
Coaching and mentoring are core to my work. Whether it’s a CEO in transition, an executive team navigating cultural change, or a board working through strategic alignment, I help leaders listen more deeply—especially to themselves.
We don’t grow by having all the answers. We grow by asking better questions. My coaching approach is grounded in ethical insight, deep listening, and a belief in potential.
What’s Next
As we move into an era defined by complexity—climate, digital disruption, shifting workforces—leadership itself must evolve. My goal is to continue partnering with leaders and organisations who are willing to rethink, to question, and to act boldly.
I believe in leadership that is grounded, visionary, and values-aligned. Leadership that honours both data and humanity. Leadership that transforms not just systems, but the people within them.
To those I’ve worked with—thank you for the trust. To those I’m yet to meet—I look forward to creating what’s next, together.
With purpose always,
