Its a Dual-Ink card, so you'll need an Amethyst and Sapphire deck to include it, but its worth it
For two mana you get to draw two cards, though you have to cough up two life in exchange
The second and third levels may be a bit expensive for a deck that likely wants to be aggressive, but you really cant complain too much as an extra upside
The best Angel commander in MTG is Giada, Font of Hope because she provides mana acceleration and permanent +1/+1 counters for Angels
